The Archaeological Park of Paestum and Velia does not stop and continues its activity online.
Here are all the activities put in place for you to enjoy comfortably from home.
Follow our #archeologytales, the bulletins edited by the director of the Park, Gabriel Zuchtriegel, which aim to make known Paestum from an internal perspective, that of those who daily live the museum and the archaeological area. Here, then, is the story of insights, anecdotes, anticipation and curiosities contained in short videos with footage from the excavations, the museum, the offices and the deposits. The director and all the employees tell how the days in Paestum after the Covid-19 emergency take place and what “extra” activities have been carried out in these days without visitors, such as the extraordinary cleaning of the showcases or the overhaul of all the tools in use in the museum rooms.
If you missed the previous bulletins don’t worry, you can find them in our dedicated page
Subscribe to our newsletter to read many interesting articles on Paestum. This month we talked about shows, gladiator games and ritual dances that took place in ancient Poseidonia-Paestum, but also about cinematographic films set inside the archaeological area of Paestum.
